Our watches are sold with a 1 year limited warranty + 1 year for EU.

Vasco Watch guarantees that the watch works perfectly on sale of the product and the movement also works perfectly.

If your watch is defective within the year of your warranty, we undertake to repair it within the limits of the availability of the components.

Vasco Watch does not cover internal or external damage due to improper use or handling, or water damage. Using the watch in a sauna, jacuzzi or any other hot water source will act on the abrasion of the scratches, the glass, the case, the bracelets and the buckle.

The 5 ATM water resistance (see opposite) means that you can use your watch every day without diving and with calm use. On the other hand, a direct jet of shower or tap directly on the glass or the push buttons can be equivalent to too much pressure and your watch may then take on water.

Unauthorized changes like adding or removing watch parts, battery or accessories not supplied by Vasco Watch will not be covered. Watches sold by an unauthorized retailer are not guaranteed.
