DELIVERY
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

OUR PRODUCTS
Our watches are sold with a limited warranty of 2 years for the EU and 1 year outside the EU.
Vasco Watch guarantees that the watch works perfectly when the product is sold. The movement also works perfectly. If your watch is defective within the year of your warranty, we undertake to repair it within the limit of availability of components.
Vasco Watch does not cover internal or external damage due to improper use or handling, or water-related damage. Using the watch in a sauna, jacuzzi or any other source of hot water will act on the abrasion of the scratches, glass, case, bracelets and buckle.
Unauthorized changes such as adding or removing parts of the watch, battery or accessories not provided by Vasco Watch will not be covered. Watches sold by an unauthorized dealer are not guaranteed.
Any sale concluded via the website www.vasco.watch is subject to the guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects under the conditions provided for in article L211-4 of the Consumer Code, as well as articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal to be exercised within fourteen working days of receipt of the article. You do not have to justify reasons or pay penalties, apart from the cost of return.
Return the product within the time frame mentioned above. Within the same period, inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal by post to the following address: 29 cours Gambetta, 33400 Talence or by email to store(at)vasco.watch.
The goods must be returned to the previous address, the return costs being at your expense.
In order for our returned product to be marketable again, you agree to send it back to us in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
The new “All-Terrain” collection allows you to choose your own glasses.
But for the moment, we do not offer engraving customization for example but we are thinking about it in the future.
