The customer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale prior to placing his order. The validation of your order is therefore valid for acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 3: Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, not subject to VAT, in accordance with art. 293b of the CGI.
In the event of an order delivered to a country other than metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the products he buys. For all products shipped outside overseas communities or the European Union, the invoice is based on the price excluding taxes. The customer is solely responsible for the declarations and payments of any customs duty or other tax that may be payable in his country.
Delivery charges are not included in the price. The order form indicates the amount of the delivery costs before any order is placed.
ARTICLE 4: Time of availability of products
In order to best meet the expectations of our customers, the availability of our products is regularly updated on our website.
If you have ordered a product that is unavailable after the validation of your order, you will be informed immediately. We will proceed to cancel your purchase. If the amount had already been debited, you will be refunded immediately.

The transfer of ownership of the product will only take place upon full payment of your order.
ARTICLE 6: Delivery
We deliver our products in mainland France, including Corsica and the DOM-TOMs, in the EU and internationally. Delivery takes place at the address indicated by the buyer.
We offer several delivery methods. They vary depending on the characteristics of the product purchased. The deliveries available are as follows: La Poste Colissimo or Chronopost. The cost of deliveries varies according to the type of delivery.
Delivery times are indicative. They can evolve due to different factors. Except for pre-orders, all our orders are prepared within 3 working days.
ARTICLE 8: Methods of payment
Only one method of payment is accepted: the consumer must pay by Carte Bleue.
We accept payment by credit card / visa / master card . When paying online, indicate the number of your credit card, its expiry date and the 3 digits on the back of it. Online payment is secure.
We require full payment of the order or in installments through Alma.
ARTICLE 9: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal to be exercised within fourteen working days of receipt of the article. You do not have to justify reasons or pay penalties, apart from the cost of return.
Return the product within the time frame mentioned above. Within the same period, inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal by post to the following address: 29 cours Gambetta, 33400 Talence or by email to store(at)vasco.watch .
The goods must be returned to the previous address, the return costs being at your expense.
In order for our returned product to be marketable again, you agree to send it back to us in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
ARTICLE 10: Guarantee, right of return of the product and exchange
Our watches are sold with a 1 year limited warranty.
Vasco Watch guarantees that the watch works perfectly upon sale of the product. The movement also works perfectly. If your watch is defective within the year of your warranty, we undertake to repair it within the limits of the availability of the components.
Vasco Watch does not cover internal or external damage due to improper use or handling, or water damage. Using the watch in a sauna, jacuzzi or any other hot water source will act on the abrasion of the scratches, the glass, the case, the bracelets and the buckle.
5ATM water resistance means you can use your watch everyday with no dips and quiet use. On the other hand, a direct jet of shower or tap directly on the glass or the push buttons can be equivalent to a pressure of 50 meters and your watch may then take on water.
Unauthorized changes like adding or removing watch parts, battery or accessories not supplied by Vasco Watch will not be covered. Watches sold by an unauthorized retailer are not guaranteed.
Any sale concluded via the website www.vasco.watch is subject to the guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects under the conditions provided for in article L211-4 of the Consumer Code, as well as articles 1641 to 1649. of the Civil Code.
You can exchange your watch within 14 days of receiving your watch. In order for our returned product to be marketable again, you agree to send it back to us in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
ARTICLE 11: Conditions and deadlines for reimbursement
The reimbursement of the products is full. It is carried out with the same method as your purchase as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The Vasco Watch brand has been filed with the INPI (N°4158738, 19-02-2015) and is therefore protected as such.

In accordance with article 1147 of the Civil Code, we engage our contractual liability as of right towards you in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract concluded.
However, our contractual liability cannot be engaged in the situations mentioned below:
